The implementation of our target system requires the development and company-wide implementation of an adequate strategy.

The process of strategy implementation to ensure that our actions are in line with our goals is carried out by a consistently managed Business Process Management (BPM), within which concrete implementation measures, with meaningful metrics and targets, are defined, evaluated and controlled. Through the use of advanced technologies, efficiency gains are increasingly used to improve our price-performance ratio and service even further.
In implementing and executing the strategy, we see the attitudes, values, standards, skills of our employees and partners as critical to success. We attach great importance to these soft factors. Therefore, we follow a multivariate strategy implementation approach within which organizational culture and human resource development play an important role for efficient and effective strategy implementation in addition to the “hard” factors.
